Photos From the SkyDome in Toronto, Ontario Canada it may now be called the Rogers Centre, but to me and probably many others it shall remain the SkyDome . Opend in 1989 it is a multi-purpose stadium sitting next to the CN Tower.
The venue was noted for being the first stadium to have a fully-retractable motorized roof, as well as for the 348-room hotel attached to it, with 70 rooms overlooking the field. Home To the Toronto BlueJays and the Toronto Argonauts.
The stadium in this set is laid out for a CFL game The Toronto Argonauts v Saskatchewan Rough Riders…. don’t ask me who won, as I never went, I don’t follow the CFL or the NFL. and unfortunatly the roof was closed due to a silly wee boy band there later in the week, shame really would have been better shots with the roof open
